Hey, my name is Sheena.
I am no stranger to weight loss. I've done so MANY different programs and diets throughout the years. I have tried so many tablets and pills, shakes and detoxes. And I can honestly say, they all worked...until they didn't.
I'd lose weight, then life would start life-ing and I'd gain it all back, sometimes even more. This was my yo-yo weight loss for years.
I've lost weight and I'm maintaining all because I shifted my mindset and started prioritizing my health and happiness.
Now I help other women rediscover themselves, regain control of their weight loss journeys, and redefine their lives using the same holistic approach that I used.
Backed by certificates in Nutrition & Fitness, Diabetes Nutrition and Weight Management, along with my personal experience with weight loss and maintenance, I have been able to help over 150 women lose weight, rediscover themselves, and redefine their lives.
And I'd like to help you too!
My aim is to coach my clients on a weight loss journey where they NEVER have to go on a diet and they don't have to spend long hours in the gym!

MY STORY
January 2022, I went to the doctor and she told me I had high blood pressure and prescribed medication for me and told me to also start exercising. I decided to change my lifestyle because I did not want to take the medication. I didn't care who joined me, what others said or how long it was going to take. All I knew was that it was time! It was time for me to love myself again.
So, at 222 lbs, I started motivating myself. What was my plan? To lose weight and get down my pressure, so I joined a program just like this and incorporated exercise. I knew I could walk so that’s how I started my butt off and ate as healthy as I could. By March I was down 24 lbs. and I maintained that weight for 5 months. I traveled overseas twice in the year and didn’t gain weight because my new lifestyle made it easy for me to stay on track.
So many people saw me and they were interested in my weight loss. A few told me I should start my own program because of the passion I had when I spoke about it. It took months of people asking me and encouraging me to do it before I made the decision. I was asking myself what if it doesn’t work, what if the program fails. Then I asked myself, what if it works for others as well? What if you could help others change their lifestyles and reach their goals as well as get healthier in the process?
Soooooo, I gave it a try and it worked, I haven’t looked back since. In October, I became certified in Fitness and Nutrition because I want to give my clients the best there is to give.
At the end of September, I was weighing 186 and I decided that I wanted to lose more weight, so I made a new goal for myself to reach by December 31st, 2022.
